My dad is still here visiting, which is great, and with the COVID stuff, I think we’re gonna get shut down again soon. It bums me out to think about that because it makes me concerned we’d need to go a long time without seeing each other again. I’m so happy we got the opportunity to spend all this time together while we still could.
Upcoming fun: we booked a trip to the hot springs in Wyoming for February, and I’m really looking forward to that. It’ll be a good little vacation to warm up after the cold has set in. And I need to recover from Bridger’s birthday celebrations. It wasn’t stressful, just… a lot. There were ten of us, and we played outside at Boondock’s. The weather was summer-like, so that was a solid win. It was a really good time. Then, we went to see Ghostbusters, and it was a sugar-overload for each and every one of us. (Note, if you go to Boondock’s and get the unlimited pass. It’s not unlimited. The video games don’t come with it.)
We worked off the caloric intake by taking an excellent hike on Sunday, and it was gorgeous. There were hardly any complaints and minimal tears. Plus, we cut down our Christmas tree and decorated it, and that was very fun. The tree looks fabulous, I must say.
Because of all the recent over-eating, we’ve decided not to bring any processed or bad food into the house. I mean, we’re gonna eat the unhealthy food that’s in the house currently because not to would be wasteful, but going forward, no bad food. Let’s see how it goes.
You guys done with your holiday shopping? I’m still finishing up. But, it’s lookin’ good. I’m feeling confident. I think I’m getting Tag (and me) a couple of tests to determine our resting metabolic rates and body compositions in order to tell where we currently are health wise and how many calories we should be eating per day to be healthy. Tell me a more romantic gift. I’ll wait.

I have a new listing, and showings start today (maybe, depending on when we get pictures back) with an open house on Saturday. It's in Littleton, and the prospects are looking good! I think it’ll go fast (as they all do these days).
And, more good news, Ridge Road is STILL under contract (again). So, that’s awesome. My clients are the sellers, and the buyers need to sell their house before they can close on Ridge Road. Welp, they are under contract with their house, which is a step in the right direction, and hopefully, it sticks, and we sell this house once and for all!
Alrighty, I’m off to get rid of some of that unhealthy food I was talking about. I hope you guys all enjoy your week and enjoy getting ready for whatever holiday you celebrate! Happy belated Hannukah, by the way! See you next week!
