Yesterday was the busiest day, and it also happened to be Tag and my anniversary. We went to Linger and had some interesting yet delicious nachos and duck bao on their rooftop. It was a really lovely evening. If you go, you gotta have the Devils on Horseback. You won’t be sorry.
We had our race last weekend, and it was actually super fun. It was intense but doable. At one point, I felt like death, and Tag’s legs almost gave out on him. It was a three-mile bike ride uphill; some kayaking and hiking were also thrown into the mix, and it was no joke. It took us 9.5 hours, and we won first place for the co-ed teams! We were the only co-ed team to hit all the markers and stick it out till the end. I’m very proud of us.
It’s been a crazy year and a half for Tag and me—lots of ups and downs. We needed a bit of a shake-up, which was sad and scary, but it worked for us, and we’re stronger than ever. Here’s to another 15 years of adventures together!
My Colorado Real Estate Activity
Well, it’s happening. Work is getting crazy.
Clients I’ve been working with are ready to go on their buy side, but we’re in the trenches on the sell side. It’s moving along well, though.
We got multiple offers on my listing in Pine that’s been on the market since earlier this summer, and the HUD listing is still going forward. We’re checking off the boxes for a September 30th close (fingers crossed).
I’m having an open house in Denver tonight 4:30pm-6:30pm, a historic home that can’t be missed; it’s a beaut. Oh, and complimentary mimosas! Come see me (and the house, of course). It’s listed with the top team in my office and one of the top teams in the state, if not the top, I can’t remember. Either way they are amazing and super nice people too; Shad and Claudine with the Phillips Team.
Adam is doing great! He’s under contract on his first house ALREADY! Three weeks in the business! Wow. Go, Adam.
