We escaped the snow with a trip to the south, y’all. We started our journey in Hartwell, GA, and visited our besties, who moved there recently. Then, it was on to another friend’s place in NC for a day. Next, we came to visit my mom in SC—big, fun stuff.
Yesterday was Sterling’s birthday, so we gave him a yes day. We took him to Broadway at the Beach, where he got some Crocs, rode some bumper cars, went go-karting, and went through a mirror maze. It was a fun day out with the family. And, in case you’re wondering, I won at all the competitive stuff because I’m incredibly competitive; I don’t care if you’re blood, I don’t care if you’re a child.
We’re still at my mom’s, but headed to Florida in a couple of days. There, we’ll be taking the kids to Busch Gardens before returning to the frigidity of Pine, Colorado.
Yes, it’s been a whirlwind, and we’re only halfway through, but it’s definitely a Spring Break for the books.
My Colorado Real Estate Activity
Big closings recently, two for one client. We closed on the condo he bought a couple years ago and his new house in Genesee. Exciting!
And I had a couple contact me about an Airbnb they stayed in recently, then found out it was for sale (I talked about them last week); that’s all moving right along; we’re now in the inspection phase and foresee no real issues. So, the future looks bright for them and their new property.
