Do you have a nutrition coach? It’s an odd question. Did you know they existed? Well, I’ve researched and discovered them, and I’m starting a seven-month program with one. He’ll help me learn more about what to eat based on my unique needs. I hope it helps get me healthier and stronger. I’ll keep you in the know throughout the journey!

On another note, I’ve been baking my own bread. It’s delicious! I may have a side hustle in the works. Oh, my, the crust on this bread is insane. My mouth is watering. Probably won’t be able to continue this new hobby once the nutritionist steps in but for now I’ll enjoy it!

The family is doing well. Bridger has a scrimmage this weekend, which we’re all excited about. Wish him luck!

Let’s talk hurricanes for a sec. What. Is. Happening? The Weather Channel is on pretty regularly at this point. It’s scary. Our FL house is 45 minutes north of Tampa. We got wind and a ton of leaves, but hopefully not much more. I won’t know until tomorrow when our managers can assess the situation. We had people who were supposed to stay this week, but I encouraged them to cancel, and they did, thankfully. It will be a mess—lots of luck to all in this monster's path.

We actually saw a lot of destruction ITL after hurricane Katrina, and it has truly stuck with me. Not in a good way. Anyway, I’m trying not to freak out since there’s not much we can do about it. But it’s so unsettling. I think we are fine but everyone else…???

Let’s not end it there. Happy question: Does anyone have season tickets to the Avs? Would anyone be interested in tickets if we got season tickets and couldn’t make it to some games? If so, please reach out because it may be the deciding factor in getting them. We’d be happy to give decent discounts! Let me know, please! This could also be a discussion we start now for next year. FYI

My Colorado Real Estate Activity

All the inspection stuff is over and done on my Dotty listing! We close next week! What a trip it’s been.

The Quail listing is closing this week, and it took only 13 days! This is so untypical. Unheard of, actually. Can’t believe it, but it’s happening. We had a little plumbing hiccup that forced all agents, buyers, sellers, and plumbers to the property, but everything worked out. Now, everyone is happy!

I have a new listing on the books with a lovely lady I met at an open house. I'm looking forward to that project. I also have a new land listing and a new buyer. So, all is looking good on the real estate front.
