Sorry, Vacationing, Can’t Talk

In Cape Cod- life is good, and the living’s easy. All 12 of us are in this huge house, and it’s just so fun. The humidity is a bit much. In Colorado, you tend to forget about the humidity. The only bad thing that’s happened is our fishing trip was canceled. The tag was excited about it, so it’s a bummer. But, all the little cousins are getting along well and loving seeing each other. It’s a sweet sight.
Lemme just say I encourage you all to take a vacation and slow down if you can. It’s so necessary! Read a book and chill with some loved ones. It’s really filling my soul up now, and I think it’s safe to say we could all use a bit of that these days.
Back to school next week, so it’s all about to be hectic, and this is a great way to bring on the chaos that’s sure to unfold. While we’re talking about it, can you believe the summer is over? It’s nuts. I feel like I was just complaining about it snowing so much, and now summer is over. I’m confused.
Book suggestions, anyone? Leave me a comment, please!

Colorado Realtor® Stuff

My Georgetown client is moving into her new place, which is perfect. I wish I was in town to help her, but.
I have a closing on Thursday (the Denver condo); we ended up giving them a concession (meaning they wanted us to fix some items, and we gave them money instead) however when you do that, you’re not supposed to go over the number of closing costs. Well, we did. So, as it turns out, we don’t need to pay as much as we thought we would. I feel bad, but everyone (including the lender) said we were okay with the amount offered. Everyone is happy; it’s just a live-and-learn-moment.
Today, I have a new hobby farm listing in Pine. 4,000 square feet on 10 acres. It’s great for chickens and goats! Plus, it has a new cabin on it. It’ll be a good one. The pics will be up soon!
Okay, this was short and sweet, but my kids are wanting to have some family time, and I’m not gonna disappoint them! Have an awesome week!
