I had an action-packed conference week, and it’s been hectic when added with work, but really insightful. I’ve decided that I’m ready to hire an assistant. I need help with my business and help with my home. If you know anyone, let me know! I want someone who will come to my house, so locals only.
I know my time will be much better spent if I’m not burdened with the day-to-day stuff. Like eating and raising my kids. No, that’s a joke. But, you know what I mean. Anyway, I want to focus on my current clients to be the central part of my job, and I think an assistant will make that happen. It’s go-time; no more slacking for me!
Goals:
- Four people on my team worked together in harmony.
- Watch less TV
Tag started his new job! It’s funny to hear what he has to say about office politics. He’s not feeling hopeful about a holiday party; let’s put it that way. But it’s (hopefully) better than sitting in the crane all day.
He’s having some friends come over this weekend, and it’s a bunch of people. He’s planned the whole thing, and I’m eager to see how it goes. Should be fun either way!
Good news! Bridger got MVP of his baseball games last weekend! He did so well. It was very impressive! I’m not biased; he totally saved that game by catching a fly ball. He’s gonna pitch at the next game, and that’s pretty thrilling! Both kids are camping now with their grandparents, so upon his return, we’ll do some practicing.
I think I’m gonna start doing yoga. Thoughts? Relaxing and unwinding while exercising is hard to wrap my head around, but I’m giving it a go.
